We should go to bed early and get up early. What’s more, we should eat more healthy food. We should also drink more water but less milk tea. 首先,我們要養(yǎng)成良好的日常習(xí)慣,比如早睡早起。再者,我們應(yīng)該吃更多健康的食物,同時(shí),我們也要多喝水,少喝奶茶。 楊岱錕 初2023級(jí)1班 Health is very important to everybody. But how to keep healthy? Here are some useful tips. First, we should do some exercise. I think it is health. You can take away our money, house, car, or even our clothes and we can survive. But if our health was taken away, we would surely die.
